His archive of band memorabilia houses a vast array of rare artifacts and paper ephemera that numbers in the thousands, including the largest collection of Duran posters in the world. Selections from Andrew’s achive have been showcased in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, on A & E’s Biography television programme, in two film documentaries, and in three public exhibitions.

Andrew’s collection, as well as his two books, Beautiful Colors: The Posters of Duran Duran and The Music Between Us: Concert Ads of Duran Duran, have been featured in international print and online media; coverage includes Seattle Sound, The Stranger, City Arts, Paste Magazine, Seattle Weekly, Classic Pop, USA Today, Yahoo Music, The Quietus, Pop Matters, Record Collector, Cashbox Canada, Birmingham Mail, the television programmes, Evening Magazine and Seattle Refined. Andrew has also contributed posters to two Canadian television series, and established a reputation as an occasional local radio personality.

Much of the poster collection and a sample of the archive can be seen on Andrew’s website,
Durandy.com, and he maintains an active presence on social media. A Pacific Northwest native, Andrew is a graduate of Western Washington University and makes his home in the Seattle, Washington area. He is always eager to hear from fellow Duranies or welcome them to the archive, where Duran Duran’s history comes alive.
